Born and raised in Calgary, Kim’s love for the outdoors took root early, shaping her passions in ways few experience. She carved her path—literally—across the globe as a professional freestyle snowboarder, chasing Olympic dreams and the thrill of the ride. But when one adventure ended, another began. Transitioning from high-speed slopes to high-stakes emergency response, she devoted herself to EMS while diving headfirst into her artistic calling.
For Kim, life has always been about pushing boundaries—on the mountain, in her career, and through every brushstroke. Her art is infused with the energy of incredible places, soulful animals, and the unforgettable characters she’s encountered along the way.
